Go Green Cleaning – Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of cleaning services by Go Green Cleaning ("we", "our", "us") to the client ("you", "your"). By booking our services, you agree to be bound by the following terms.


Services Provided


Go Green Cleaning offers professional cleaning services to residential and commercial clients. Our services include, but are not limited to, carpet cleaning, rug and upholstery cleaning, mattress cleaning, tile and grout cleaning, and leather cleaning. All services are delivered by trained professionals using high-quality equipment and eco-friendly products, unless otherwise specified.


Bookings and Cancellations


All service bookings can be made through our website, by phone or by email. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation charge. Failure to provide access to the property at the scheduled time may also result in a charge for the missed appointment.


Access to Property


It is your responsibility to ensure our team has access to the property at the agreed time. If access is not provided, and we are unable to carry out the service, a missed appointment charge may apply.


Pricing and Payment


All prices are quoted in Euros and include VAT, unless otherwise stated. Full payment is due upon completion of the service, unless prior arrangements have been made in writing. We accept payment by cash, bank transfer or credit/debit card.


Satisfaction Guarantee and Complaints


We are committed to delivering high-quality service and customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with the service provided, you must notify us in writing within ten calendar days from the date the service was completed. After this ten-day period, we will not accept any complaints, refund requests or re-clean requests under any circumstances. Where complaints are received within the valid time period and are considered justified, we will offer a re-clean or refund at our discretion.


Liability


Go Green Cleaning holds full public and employer liability insurance. We are not responsible for any damage caused by existing structural weaknesses, wear and tear, or faulty materials and fittings. While we take every precaution, we cannot be held liable for damage resulting from unstable furniture, delicate items, or issues not disclosed before the service begins.


Customer Responsibilities


Clients are responsible for removing fragile, breakable or valuable items before the cleaning service begins. Our team may not move heavy or large furniture unless agreed in advance. Items such as lamps, glass ornaments or small tables should be moved ahead of the appointment to ensure access and safety.


Right to Refuse Work


Go Green Cleaning reserves the right to refuse work if the property presents health or safety concerns, or if the actual condition or scope of the cleaning differs significantly from the original description provided at the time of booking.


Changes to Terms


These terms may be updated from time to time. The most current version of our Terms and Conditions will always be available on our website.


Governing Law


These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ireland. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
